This helped me pass my exams pretty easily. ### 4/5 — Good product *2013-04-29* Overall very good product for quick reviews of rare and common cases. Not all encompassing for sure but very helpful and quick to review. Not entirely evidence based. ### 3/5 — Much improved, still needs more cases *2013-04-21* This app came out a couple years ago and had only a few cases. They've stepped it up and filled in some of the holes. It's still a little choppy,having made useful tables and notes but mixed them in with cases so they're hard to find. And surprisingly, many very common cases are left out (ENT stuff, some common urology cases, and more) so it is not comprehensive by any means, but they're on the right track. Eventually they'll have a $40 app. As it stands, this is well worth the money, I like it and use it.
