## What is Anesthesia One?

Anesthesia One is a feature-rich toolbox and assistant for healthcare professionals providing patient-centered anesthesia care.

“Mega apps” for anesthesia already exist, with the advantage of bringing multiple tools—calculators, drugs, crisis management, and more—under one umbrella. In everyday practice, though, navigating these large digital references can be a challenge.

Unlike many other apps, Anesthesia One lets you custom-arrange tools (risk calculators, crises, drugs, practice guidelines, and more) for quick access in Favorites. When you are not sure which tools you need, enter patient and case details in the Assistant to see relevant risk calculators and guidelines. You can save the risk evaluation and case-relevant guidance as a log and share it with a colleague.

Ask AnesthesiaOne is a new way to explore guidance: ask questions in plain language with search across curated anesthesia guidelines and education sources, optionally narrow by source, and open links to original documents when you want to read the full reference.

Anesthesia One is designed to work online and offline, so critical management resources stay available when you need them most.

We are a small team dedicated to putting helpful anesthesia tools at your fingertips. Our feature set can be updated over the air, and we plan to add more tools and guidelines as they become available. We are always working to improve and welcome your feedback. Thank you for your support.

### 4/5 — Safer local

*2026-05-04*

Overall I like the app a lot and I think the layout is very clean and I enjoy the transparency of how the calculations were performed. The assistant needs a lot of work as it freezes often. I do also wish the local calculations included the total absolute limit such as bupi has a total limit of 175 but if I put in a weight above 70 I wish it would flag this and also include that in the left over calculations.

### 5/5 — All-in-one anesthesia app

*2025-01-07*

This app is a game changer. It is a perfect anesthesia reference, packed with tons of evidence-based guidelines, calculators, and other helpful information. Best of all, the information is organized in an easy-to access, searchable way. The local anesthetic calculator has quickly become one of my most used tools, helping me stay within safe limits for local anesthetic dosing, even when surgeons use multiple different types and concentrations of local in a single case.
I can’t recommend this app enough to anyone who practices anesthesia, it really is the perfect pocket anesthesia companion.
