## What is Anfiteatro Monti Lepini?

The application represents the technological and functional outcome of a territorial enhancement project funded under a regional grant, promoted jointly by the Municipalities of Rocca Massima, Cori, Norma and Sermoneta, with the scientific and managerial support of the Fondazione Caetani Onlus. The application is configured as a technical tool aimed at digitalising cultural access and systematising the historical and archaeological heritage of the Monti Lepini area.The software enables assisted navigation connecting the main points of interest of the participating municipalities, structuring the user experience through a rigorous information architecture. The route begins from the urban centre of Rocca Massima and proceeds towards the museum complex of Cori, the archaeological area of Norma and the medieval village of Sermoneta. A section of considerable documentary depth is dedicated to Sermoneta Castle, where the application serves as a multimedia support for the in-depth analysis of the structure and historical events of the manor.From a technological standpoint, the application integrates augmented reality solutions designed for spatial interaction with the visited sites, enabling the visualisation of integrative and reconstructive digital content directly in the field. Within Sermoneta Castle, the system implements an audio guide module that accompanies the visitor's progression through selected points of interest, ensuring a technically grounded presentation of content and accurate scientific contextualisation of historical data. The resulting digital infrastructure allows consultation of descriptive records and institutional documentary materials, facilitating the monitoring and enhancement of local cultural heritage according to modern standards of accessibility and informational accuracy.
