From beginning to end. Be prepared for tears of Joy. Or is that just me a softie lol . But please try this. Soothes you when you need it most I love it . I have to say the one they give you free doesn't nearly measure up to the other ones. I really don't like spending time being sad and the free meditation is about reuniting with a loved one that's passed on. But the others on the other hand are so much more enjoyable than that. I especially like the healing meditation, I find it very helpful when I use for pain management. Please restore my purchases. I had to unload part of the app for space on my iPhone every time they push an update.
