The positive messages Angel shares is amazing. I have only one complaint, I cannot watch it on my TV due to WiFi issues. (Meaning I have no WiFi and my normal way of watching any streaming service from my phone does not work.) To save my family hundreds of dollars a year on WiFi we share an HDMI adapter for our TV so we all get to enjoy a movie or show here and there. Unfortunately Angel Studios is not compatible with any adapter I have and in fact everything else shows/plays on my screen except the video part of Angel (we are able to still hear the show/movie through the TV, but the video part stays black.) If Angel Studios could fix this issue, I would greatly appreciate being able to watch their inspiring messages with my entire family. I’ve been trying to contact customer service and you can’t talk to a live person on the phone. They will only communicate over email. They also state their policy is they don’t do refunds. How are you going to charge me twice for the same account and not refund the 2nd charge? Screenshots of it from my bank was sent to customer service. The app is trash. It won’t even let me watch movies and says I’m not a member but then when I look at the membership tab it shows I’m paid up until 9/17/26. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother if you are in Canada *2026-08-16, version 26.7.22* I will never ever give them one more cent… you can’t watch anything if you’re in Canada… very few movies. It’s usually about 90 seconds. Why are we watching ads when we pay for guild membership. At the least, the lowest tier should be making Angel ad free. This is horrible!
