The captcha never goes through even when you type it correctly. ### 1/5 — Great store - terrible app *2022-07-06, version 350.13.0* You start of setting up an account with the worst captcha ever. Once you get in, it’s, at best, unusable. Your site wouldn’t let me log in, and if I just want to look at your add, why make it mandatory to sign in? Not good for traffic on your app. Your app is suppose to simplify things, make it easy to want to shop at your store. Take a look at Marianos or Jewel, not perfect apps, but they are very useful! You HAVE to sign in to just look at the ads. They don’t have the following week’s ads not even the day before. There’s an option for lists but to add anything to the lists you have to manually add an item. If you do a search for an item you have to hit the little magnifying glass icon instead of just hitting enter. To look at your list you have to go to manage lists then hit the eye icon instead of just hitting which list you want to see. Waste of time. 15 pages of adds and no option of “go to page 7” you have to go back or forward through ALL the pages - waiting for each to load - before you can see a particular page. They need to trash this and create something entirely new. If you want to get credit for in store purchases you will need to take a screenshot pic of your QR code or get a manager to manually input it into your file ### 1/5 — Worst grocery app *2022-11-28, version 350.13.0* Who ever designed this app needs to look at all of the other grocery chain apps to learn how this app should work. For now it is the most useless of them all. I tried to use it several years ago and it was the same as it is now. I deleted it then and I’m deleting it now. ### 1/5 — What a joke *2022-09-14, version 350.13.0* Awful system. Caputos here in Addison never has more than 2 registers open. Lines are typically pretty long if you don’t shop at off-peak times. This app has coupon deals, but when you get to the register there is nowhere to plug your phone number in to receive the coupons you clip. I ask the cashier, she says she has to call a manager to do it - which then everyone behind me sighs. There’s never baggers, so I bag my own groceries instead of making the cashier do it. She pages the manager who never shows up. What a waste of a system and way to disgruntle you shoppers that get stuck in lines longer than they should. Since grocery retailers are trying to cut overhead every possible place, service is already lacking. Managers take their sweet time doing anything - at least to an observer. And yes, I have more than 10 years as a Team Leader for Whole Foods, and understand the marketplace ## Most praised reviews (2 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Awesome rewards! *2020-04-07, version 3.55.1* I just show my card when I’m shopping and I’ve saved around $20 so far. Once you spend $200 it automatically takes $5 off your bill. This time I was able to give my phone number since the app wasn’t working. Love these rewards! ### 2/5 — Needs a lot of work *2019-01-05, version 3.54.1* Caputo’s is our favorite store to shop at. I got this app to make shopping easier by viewing sales and adding items to a shopping list. This app does not make that easy. You can view sale papers but cannot click to items to list. You can view sale items but the filtering does not work. I tried to view a piece of meat for sale in their flyer to add to my list. I was not able to get the app to find it.
