Avoid. *2026-05-20, version 38.1.4* We booked a pickup from Stansted Airport. Despite paying in advance, and a call from them when our plane landed, nothing happened. No car. No communication. After our pickup time came and went, I called and got an automated response saying the car would be there in 60 minutes! I managed to speak to the driver, who made an excuse that the traffic was heavy. We waited another 40 minutes, and still no car. I phoned the office again, and was told curtly that our pickup had been cancelled. I asked why and was told that the car had broken down, and that they could not be held responsible for their cars. I asked why I had not been proactively informed, and was told ‘I’ve only just heard’. I have asked for an immediate refund but as yet nothing has been forthcoming. We had problems with a cancelled pickup when we returned from our previous holiday, but had foolishly thought it was a one-off issue. I will never ever use them again and can only warn others against using them. ### 1/5 — Utterly dysfunctional app *2025-04-18, version 34.6.18* 1. The app first schedules the taxi based on the timezone on the phone rather than the actual arrival time of the flight. How does that make any sense? 2. I change the timezone on my phone to finally schedule it at the right time. When i come back to check the booking, it has changed it to the day after i have actually booked for some reason. 3. It wouldn’t let me pay by apple pay even though it suggests that is an option. ### 5/5 — Very patient and friendly and reliable Thank you *2025-01-19, version 34.6.18* Thanks ### 1/5 — Avoid Avoid *2024-08-28, version 34.6.17* They are so bad -they cancel my driver one hour before my transfer to airport and this was at 2 o’clock in the morning . I have booked a day before and fully paid. ### 1/5 — Poor app quality. *2024-08-26, version 34.6.17* This app needs to be updated. When you book for a future date the operator doesn’t see the correct day and so they call you to change the booking and pay cash instead which is always more costly. ### 1/5 — Not just a few minutes late!! 😡 *2024-05-31, version 34.3.26* Booked to get a train at 10.00, 15 mins away, for a day out with the kids at Legoland. Cab was due at 9.20. Called them at 9.25. Driver said he was running a bit late - “10-15 more minutes”. The automated operator said 25 mins when we called. Surely they would have known this ahead of 9.20? Shocking service. Absolutely useless. Either they don’t use their own drivers or the system is really poor. Won’t be using again. Deleted account and app. App is actually Autocab so probably relies on freelance drivers. ### 2/5 — Payment System not working *2023-07-25, version 34.2.35* Apple pay is not working.
