The idea behind the app is excellent, but it has several errors. When I first logged in, I noticed that no data or statistics appeared. When I tried to change the period of the data displayed, the screen remained gray, and the updated information on the website was not synchronized with the app. Once these multiple problems are resolved, this app will be great and a valuable asset for artists.

Great concept and incredibly useful for artist like all the others. At the moment it’s really glitchy and it’s hard to open up a line of conversation about getting things fixed

Definitely my favorite part of Angham is its customer service. When I needed help with the site (which I, for one, do on most sites), Anghami support was prompt and efficient, solving my problem in a way I could not have done myself. Anghami even goes so far as to allow themselves to be contacted about marketing on their platform right within this very app. Really great service.

Beyond that, I've never noticed a serious problem with Anghami. Beyond the usual glitches that most applications have, Anghami has worked pretty solidly for me, delivering what at least look like reasonable statistics (as of the date of this review, 0, which I find reasonable because I've done no marketing as of this review, let alone for Anghami's MENA region). The customer service is definitely the shining star of this platform for me, though. Definitely recommend.
