## What is Anglage?

Anglage turns your phone into a watch timegrapher. Rest a mechanical watch on the back of the phone, and its ticking becomes a live paperstrip trace with the three numbers that matter: rate (seconds per day), beat error, and balance amplitude.

MEASURE LIKE AN INSTRUMENT
- Live paperstrip: committed ink never redraws. You watch the watch, not a guess. A live microphone band shows exactly what the app hears.
- Rate from a regression over every tick, not a rough average, with an honest precision figure on every reading. If we are not sure, you see it.
- Signed beat error and lift angle correct amplitude.
- Beat rate auto detection from 12,000 to 72,000 bph, high beat included.

SIX POSITIONS, LIKE A BENCH
A guided run walks the watch through dial up, dial down, and all four crown positions, then reports per position rates and your positional delta: the number regulators actually chase.

A COLLECTION THAT REMEMBERS
Every session is saved to a watch with its position, amplitude and notes. Rate history charts, caliber autofill for common movements, and cloud backup of your data (never your audio).

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Audio is analyzed on your device in real time and never recorded, stored, or uploaded. Anywhere.

Anglage is free, supported by unobtrusive ads that never appear during a measurement.

A note on honesty: a phone microphone is not a contact sensor. Anglage shows its confidence on every reading instead of pretending lab precision. For certification grade numbers you still want a bench machine. For everything else, it is in your pocket.
