It’s a really good (and tough) workout. But I have issues with the fact that I have to keep pressing forward after each exercise. And I can’t play it other than on my cellphone. And can’t turn it to play it horizontally. Very frustrating. And for $25 US per month I’d expect a bit more. Good workouts though! But because of how the platform is structured I won’t be renewing after this month.

This method helped stop my migraines after a car accident, improve my muscle functionality so I can lift without pain. My strength training and running workouts have drastically improved. This is now a necessary workout added to my weeks so I can do all the activities I love without any aches or pain. This will change the way you workout and take care of your health. If you’re complaining about shoulder or knee pin, it’s because you haven’t done this yet. GUYS= If you’re dedicated to your bro split, you need to also learn and add this to your week before you pull something. LADIES= this will grow your glutes like you’ve always wanted.
