I don’t think this is fair when having to pay this much on my bill . That’s why I’ve now got court orders because of the colour of the water I refused to pay. I’ve deleted the app and re installed but it still does the same. Update. I have deleted and installed again and still not working ? Haven’t had no problem for 2 years and now won’t go into app . ### 1/5 — Useless website. *2026-02-16, version 1.114.1* Had a message saying needed to update so did now nothing is working. 😡 ### 1/5 — Payment increases *2025-12-20* As the bills increase for water by 42% and no explanation as to why, is itself a disgrace. My bill for this year is £278 and a predicted payment of £682 next December 26. This extra cost has pushed me into debt and no being able to feed myself as I have to put food for my child first. This extra cost comes from the water companies clearly being fined millions of pounds and is customers to have pay for it. Again it's us who suffer who are forced into debt.
