Not easy to navigate and very difficult to read. The type font is very small and light blue font colour makes some sections impossible to read. For me the most important information is usage and cost of that usage but the usage stats are buried behind too many clicks and the costs either not there or impossible to find. All this makes the ‘smart’ meter a waste of time. **Developer response:** Hiya, thank you very much for your detailed review. We are releasing a brand new & improved app very soon which will eventually replace this app. Usage and cost is an area of the app that we will be looking to improve in the near future. ### 3/5 — Still not very smart! *2024-03-11* Why is there no useage data in terms of cost. As previous reviewer stated- it’s the most useful and recognisable measure. You know the costs. All other utilities can do it - gas, electricity and mobile phones. Not difficult. Yes we can work it out from the data too - but you could do it instantly. Not really sure of its purpose and certainly how useful it actually is without this basic data. **Developer response:** Hiya, thanks for your feedback. This is something we are hoping to be able to do in the near future. ### 5/5 — Can’t see my bills *2023-12-05* Downloaded the App and can’t see the most important thing to me - my bills ? When I click for bill it just jumps out the app And takes me to the place on iPhone where you open a new webpage ? This makes the App of very limited use Update - thanks for your reply guys - turns out since the last iOS update it was messing up. It was opening a webpage but not taking me there. I had to go looking for it. All sorted and thank you for taking the time to reply it is much appreciated. If this is not happening, it may be worth checking how your device is set to open PDF files. Thank you. ### 3/5 — Not quite there *2023-11-04* I wish the hourly usage was available more quickly (12 hour + delay before it is visible) and for a longer period than 72 hours. The app is handy, but just not quite good enough to realistically help with our water consumption. **Developer response:** Hi, as the data is collected from masts and then sent to us remotely, we have to process the data to make it available online for you to view, unfortunately we can't make this real time currently. Thank you for the feedback though, this really helps us to understand what our customers want to see and helps to shape future improvements. ### 2/5 — Not a good app *2023-07-07* If you can actually get into the app without being told your account needs registering, when it is already registered, or that you have lost connection, try again, then you will find an app that is painfully slow. When you try and lower your monthly payment it won’t let you. I have been constantly told that I will be around £80 in arrears and to increase my payments. I was actually around £20 in credit and but they have still raised my monthly dd 🤷🏻‍♂️. I am assuming this is because they need to pay their CEO another gazillion in bonuses. **Developer response:** Hiya, thank you for your review. No other services app are this quick and I have no idea why ### 2/5 — Needs improvement *2023-05-01* Very often there is an issue logging into the app (especially weekends), but most important feature that is missing is Apple Pay or at least PayPal, people don’t want to look for their card all the time when they want to make a payment. If not these 2 issues I’d rate it a 5 :) **Developer response:** Hiya, thanks for your review. We are looking to add payment wallets very soon. Thanks ### 3/5 — Not Very Smart for Meters *2023-03-07* We recently got asked to have a new water meter installed by Anglian Water which would be one of their new Smart Meters that reports water use on an hourly basis. That does allow us to see our actual use in either cubic metres or litres, which is all very interesting but it doesn’t show the obvious measurement of our use, the price! This seems to be a fairly major oversight and not very smart for a smart meter solution. Hopefully something the app’s developers can resolve easily. There’s a little bug too, where there’s a notification on the app (eg the message that pops up about paying your bill) that notification doesn’t clear after you have read it. It would be nice to see some additional functionality too like notifications of unusually high use at times. I had hoped that the app would provide some additional functionality over the website, but it doesn’t, so I’ll probably delete it. **Developer response:** Thank you very much for your feedback. We appreciate the points you have made and they are all things we are considering for future improvements. ### 4/5 — Poor quality app *2022-11-03* Every time you move screen, especially to query sections, the app crashes and does not allow you to go back to previous screens. Only restarting your iPhone allows use to continue. Review after advice from developer- deleting and reinstalling app definitely improves results.
