## What is Anglo American Mente?

Mente is a manager of ideas and challenges to improve and make more efficient the operations and activities of any company or organization.

Create a domain for your company through your account on our web platform and from Mente you can manage the ideas of your employees as an administrator or create and support new ideas or challenges from your colleagues as a user, unleashing innovation and creativity.

Mente turns the process of generating and financing ideas into a game and allows you to launch challenges to link ideas with a common theme.

The goal of Mente is to foster potential and creativity, through an active communication and participation network where any company in any business field can improve through the help of those who know it best, its own members!
