It has done this for years on my iPad but now does it on my phone as well. I have no problems playing other app videos on both devices. So it has to be this game. Please fix. I got charged for a gold coin, idk know maybe I pressed it by accident. The thing is because of other apps I have I had to update my debit card, once I did that I got charged. It’s really more of the principle of it even though it’s not much. I tried to get a refund and got denied multiple times with Apple. Hopefully you guys can help me out and keep this going thing going. If not I’ll just have to not use it for a while especially when it gets really difficult getting past stages where it’s nearly impossible and have to pay $ to clear the stage 🤕😥 ### 2/5 — Rovio Support seems to have left the building *2025-10-17, version 2.8.4* Keep getting the message “Network Unavailable” for the last 15 hours or so so I came to report the problem. Guess what? It’s also unavailable. I guess I’ve been playing this game way too long. I’ve stubbornly avoided deleting it, hoping it would get better. Clearly, that’s not gonna happen. ### 2/5 — Used to be enjoyable. *2025-10-12, version 2.8.4* Back before games shoved ads into your face and ads you watch willingly weren’t over thirty seconds long, had a next button and then you had to wait at least five more seconds to finally press X. Here so for that isn’t the case, but that doesn’t mean the game is salvaged. You lot, Rovio, thrown in your own in-house made ads. They are not tied to your internet connection, and they occur after every, single, level. I do recall playing this game well over a year ago, and these “ads” of yours never even existed. Things were so much better then. ### 1/5 — Videos *2025-05-07, version 2.8.0* Although I love the game, PLEASE sort out ‘watch the video to play on’. It hasn’t worked properly for months. It freezes the iPad so it can’t even be played never mind ‘play on’! Any utility ad is bad, Royal match video means you have to stop playing and leave the game. I was playing yesterday too, but in the middle of the process the app closed and hasn’t opened since. A white screen with initial text lasts for a few seconds and then closes. I can’t write to support because I don’t know my ID (because I can’t log into the game). And I can’t even delete it from my iPad! This game is designed to get harder as you go, with unbeatable levels that require spending real money on boosters. Big cash grab. I was a very high level. The early levels are easy enough. You earn silver coins, which allow you to buy pre-level boosters but NOT in-level boosters that are also needed. The higher the level, the more boosters it takes. The pre-level boosters take silver coins and in-level take gold coins. (Gold coins are bought with real life cash) I’ve gone weeks, unable to beat a level, out of stubbornness, without spending real money, and failed. I have spent real money from time to time, in order to beat those sticky levels, but it adds up and becomes unreasonable for a mobile game. Fábio de Melo.
