Turned out not to be (maybe I was ugly because the app Dosent like me) and I also kind of fell scammed. So in conclusion, save the trouble of installing this app, use Snapchat or the original anime filter, this is just an absolute waste of time... Unless of course you like looking at photos where you have the biggest nose, and your eye is halfway down your face.
