## What is Anilox LVM?

Anilox Inspection is the companion app for the LVM Anilox Measurement Kit, a physical solution designed to collect and analyze anilox volume measurements.

The app works together with the LVM measurement equipment and compatible microscope workflows to organize inspection data, analyze liquid spot samples, document anilox condition and generate professional reports.

LVM VOLUME MEASUREMENT

Use the app with the LVM Anilox Measurement Kit to collect liquid spot samples from an anilox and review the resulting measurement data.

The LVM workflow supports:

• Spot area analysis
• Drop size recording
• Calculated anilox volume
• Comparison with nominal volume
• Sample-to-sample variation
• Repeatability analysis
• Visual spot images
• Segmentation and mask overlays

The physical LVM kit is required for the complete liquid volume measurement workflow. The app provides the digital interface for collecting, analyzing and documenting the measurement results.

ANILOX IMAGE CAPTURE

Document anilox condition using compatible imaging workflows, including:

• Wi-Fi microscope capture
• iPhone microscope capture
• Saved inspection images
• Images before and after cleaning
• Historical image comparisons

Images and inspection results can be linked to the corresponding anilox record for future reference.

ANILOX INVENTORY

Create and manage individual anilox records with information such as:

• Anilox ID
• Screen
• Nominal volume
• Customer
• Manufacturer
• Machine
• Diameter and width
• Observations

From each inventory record, quickly access the related LVM measurement, microscope inspection and inspection history.

COMBINED INSPECTION REPORTS

Generate reports that combine LVM measurement results and microscope images.

Reports can include:

• Anilox identification
• Nominal specifications
• Customer and operator information
• Inspection observations
• LVM sample images
• Microscope images
• Volume analysis
• Deviation indicators
• Repeatability results
• Historical comparisons
• Calibration information

Reports can be exported as PDF documents for internal records, quality documentation or customer communication.

CALIBRATION AND DATA CONSISTENCY

Calibration tools help support consistent measurements and make results easier to compare across inspections. Relevant measurement details and inspection metadata can be preserved with the report.

DESIGNED FOR ANILOX INSPECTION TEAMS

The LVM Anilox Measurement Kit and companion app help teams:

• Standardize anilox inspections
• Detect volume variation
• Document cleaning effectiveness
• Track anilox condition
• Reduce manual paperwork
• Keep inspection data organized
• Share professional inspection reports

This app is intended to complement the LVM Anilox Measurement Kit and compatible microscope equipment. Some features require the corresponding physical equipment. Availability may vary depending on the connected hardware and device configuration.
