I chose the UK and entered my phone number and a message in another language  ( in red , as if it was urgent) appered. I then retried it several times . And deleted and restarted the app 4 times. I then walked to the surgery ( I don’t drive) to show them . I can’t see how I could get help when I am ill and need an appointment. I will have to ring the surgery. Or are we expected to ring 111 ? Which surely will add more delay to an already overstretched service . As I know from using 111 when my husband was alive . I never rang it without the outcome was a hospital stay for him . Yet it could be a frightening long wait ,being rung back a few times , before the ambulance was sent .  The NHS app worked fine . I don’t understand why it was considered needing a change .

This is rubbish.  Started to put my information in, entered my phone number, it said it would send me a code to be able to continue. No code received. Tried several times to install it and It says it recognises my phone number, but hey ho i’m still waiting for a code. Cant progress any further so how on earth can i book an appointment, the surgery insists i book through Anima. Where do i go from here.
