Even the drugs that are FDA approved and therefore included, are not very complete. I have been very disappointed and found it useful only once. Rimadyl (carprofen) is not even on there. This isn't a drug reference in the sense that epocrates, Tarascon, or medscape are. It's simply a condensed versions of the drug information sheet for individual meds. For example, if you look up "aspirin" it doesn't give you the canine or equine dose, you have to read through all of the individual aspirin products and find out which one is marketed for which animal and see what they recommend (if you have enough patience to read the entire thing). It looks like they didn't put any effort into making the information accessible, they merely copied all of the individual drug information and put in in an app. It took me about an hour to delete this app forever. Not to mention that drugs which are the standard of care (like diphenhydramine for allergic reactions) aren't even listed. I can't imagine a situation in which this app would be useful (unless I'm the developer raking in the $$$). ### 1/5 — Where's the info? *2011-04-03, version 1.2* No good! There are several medications missing that are used in the practice I work for. Plus the limited information given. As the producer of the app said it is a complete list of all of the FDA Approved drugs for use in animals, not a list of all the drugs that ARE used.
