I’ve been searching for an animal based diet personalized for me without either paying 100$ or just getting diets that don’t understand animal based and just give me chicken and rice.

This gives me the best of both worlds, calorie tracking to get the body I want, while also getting the real nutrients I need so my work productivity doesn’t drop off a cliff the second I’m in a calorie deficit.

Highly recommend!!
