Everytime i go on the game, I have a thousand adds then I have to click “start new game” but it doesn’t load! I don’t know what to do but it looks really fun, please fix this!

Ok so I looked into to this game, looks really fun! So I downloaded it and I open it, 3+ adds to just open into the app! And then immediately crashes. I love this game, but there are so many adds and my screen freezes then I have to log out and back in again but when I try to pick up where I left off the button doesn’t work so I I have to restart 😡 it is frustrating. If the creator is reading this please please fix the bugs because I love this game so much.
