The game does not properly support playing on two devices, which is incredibly inconvenient. Sometimes I want to play on my iPad, and other times I want to use my phone, but switching between devices causes synchronization problems. Instead of fixing this limitation, the system treated my account as invalid and restricted or punished it. I have spent a significant amount of money on this game, so it is very frustrating that the developers still have not improved such an important feature. Because of this issue, I feel forced to delete the game and lose all the time, effort, and money I have invested in building my restaurant. But that’s just an illusion. In reality, the entire game is built around forcing you to watch endless advertisements. There are even in-game rewards for watching ads, which tells you everything you need to know. Yes, you can choose not to watch ads, but then your progress becomes painfully slow because the game is deliberately designed to pressure you into watching them. When I visit my friends’ restaurants, I often can’t collect the Lucky Bag because the developers intentionally hide it behind furniture that can’t be moved, making it impossible to tap. And of course, there’s a “solution”—just watch another ad! You’ll get a magnifying glass that “helps” you find the Lucky Bag… even though you’ve already found it. It’s just another excuse to make you watch more ads.
