Cannot save any work I’ve done

Not letting me use it save anything I’ve done. You have to rate it before you can use certain sections. Not happy

I removed the app from
My phone to reinstall thinking it may have had issues installing and the upgraded version I’ve paid for has disappeared and is asking me to pay again. Not at all happy 👎🏼
