So many possibilities and so much fun exploring them. ### 4/5 — Please fix this?^^ + old suggestion *2021-12-29, version 1.19.4* Editing my review p2 to say there’s a new glitch that’s quit annoying. basically after I draw a layer, I go to merge them but then some of the layers disappear. Right now I only had to merge 2 layers, and it only just made the second layer disappear leaving me only the second layer. Luckily this particular drawing the layer was just lines I can redo easily. But if it were some detailed layer for something, this can obviously be a bad thing since those layers (cause like I said sometimes I think it’s multiple layer disappearing) could’ve taken a long time for a person to draw, then they have to redo it all over again and then worry about ‘what if attempting to merge it again does the same thing’, then they’ll have to duplicate the page, and it’s just a whole hassle, Ya’know? I’m just afraid I’d possibly forget to duplicate and then hard work of mine gets poofed, so I was wondering if you could fix it just so the hassle is avoided. edit:still would like the trash idea so you can undelete animations if it was an accident. ### 4/5 — Nice, simple, and great for beginners. *2021-02-23, version 1.19.4* For clarification, the review above came from me trying to view how a beginner would react to this. I believe the app itself is good, however, I do suggest they should try to add some more settings for experienced users. I haven’t experienced many bugs, and have been able to experiment with this app to learn and create some pretty awesome things. ### 4/5 — Fun and easy to use *2021-02-02, version 1.19.4* Super fun and easy to use. Definitely recommended ### 4/5 — A few suggestions *2020-12-29, version 1.19.4* Ok, I like the app, it's pretty good, but I do have some suggestions.. 1. Canvas Rotation When drawing the frames, I think it would be easier to do if we could rotate the canvas. When I use drawing apps, I always rotate the canvas a little bit from time to time to make it easier to make the drawing. 2. Symmetry Ruler I use a symmetry ruler almost all the time when I draw, it would be easier to make some drawings if I could use a symmetry ruler. 3. More Brushes There's a very limited amount of brushes to work with, and we could make higher quality animations with better brushes lol I'll probably give it a 5 star if at least one of these things is added, cus I can make better animations/drawings with them, but of course, you don't have to add them, they're just some suggestions. Thanks for reading! <3 ### 3/5 — Great App but needs improvement *2020-11-27, version 1.19.4* Before I get into the review I really hope you see this because I truly think it can be very helpful. I know it’s long but please hear me out. The app is great and I really think I can learn how to animate on it but there just isn’t enough for it to be something I’d use permanently. First of all you cannot rotate on a canvas. As someone who draws on a phone I’ve gotten used to having my phone vertical when I’m drawing and I wish I would be able to animate that way too but I can’t since you must turn your phone the other way in order to draw on the side with more space on the sides, which is good for YouTube videos. Second, pallets. The pallet is not that great you get limited colors and there’s no way to delete or add colors, I think a good update is to add pallets you can make and create, and you can make multiple and have labels for them because when I draw or animate I have a hard time finding the right color when there are a bunch of them all smushed together especially if I have colors of similar shade. Third is pen pressure, pen pressure can make something really nice but it’s not in the animation app which can make animation look a bit messy and ugly, no one enjoys seeing that but pen pressure can make it look more neat and nice for the eyes to stare at. Forth is audio, I think you should add a feature where you can import audio from iTunes or your camera role(I think both is good for those who don’t have or use iTunes) that give you the correct amount of frames to sync up the audio with the FPS. It would make animation with audio easier for those who want to make videos with audio they like in a song or YouTube video or even if they hear something funny and record and they want to make it into an animation. Fifth is more brush option, I know animations are suppose to be simple but sometimes people want to use a brush like an airbrush or marker for their animations for whatever reason and this app only have a limited amount of options, if you take a look at some other apps with a decent amount of user friendly brushes you could see how well it can be for those who want to use those brushes for animation. Sixth is the undo and redo buttons. I’m all for the fact that there even is a undo and redo but if you could add like two finger younger undos and three finger touch redos it would make it so much easier to animate because you wouldn’t have to find the button and you wouldn’t have troubles pushing it because the short cut IS your finger tips. Seventh is selection tools.
