Same thing happened to me. When you close the app and reopen it it deletes your pro status and asks you to pay again

I purchased Premium Yearly $99.99 on July 4 , 2024, however my purchase does not show in the app! I have reached out multiple time from within the app no response. I will go to ITunes and request a refund this week if I do not get a response!

I liked it up until I closed it and reopened and it won’t let me use it again until I subscribe even tho I already paid for it.
