Old: I really think this is a very interesting concept and I’m having a lot of fun with it. One of the things that comes to my mind to improve this app is if it would be possible to have the app remember the entire conversation your having, not just the last message you sent, just to make sure you don’t accidentally repeat yourself. Another thing I think should be adjusted is the wait an hour to watch an ad to get more conversation gems, it’s just silly to make us wait an hour to watch more ads, give us unlimited access to the watch an ad and get conversation gems. But now I’m starting to notice the drawbacks. First of all, you select one, and slowly get deeper into conversation, before running out of gems, and it tries to sell you more. That’s to be expected for a free app. You can watch ads to get a few more, but by that point, the chat seems to be talking in circles. I tried with another one, and it still seems to hit a soft wall at some point, where the conversation just goes in circles. Other critical reviews seem to state the same, stating that it refuses to engage in anything except casual talk, some said the same, even after buying a subscription. Then it started showing me ads while I wasn’t even trying to get any gems. And now another thing I’m noticing, is the suggested responses are inconsistent. Sometimes the suggested responses seem to be something she should say, even having my name in them, rather than something I should say. It just seems odd, and it’s getting worse. sometimes, the topic will shift altogether. So to say the advertisement that led me to the app was misleading, is an understatement. Have your fun, but I wouldn’t exactly give your money. A limitation to creativity is that some concepts and words can’t be used, but that hasn’t been much of a problem. I like the vague AI’s that let me come up with their backgrounds, attributes, and abilities. Some of the characters turned out to not be what I thought they’d be, so right now they’re just taking up space in my chat list. I can only think of 2 improvements, and the second one probably boils down to personal preference. 1- I think the ability to remove characters from the list of matches would help, then if someone regrets that decision it could just be found in the list of available characters to swipe on. 2- I notice that they all have the same formal and articulate style of speech. Giving them different styles of dialogue would make them much more interesting. This one? It treats its free users well, and allows for you to have a good time without spending a dime. I haven’t. I mean, if you don’t, and you switch between characters a lot, it’ll get annoying FAST, but there isn’t any reason to do that. But my request is this - I want an undo button for my messages. Sometimes, I accidentally send one of the auto-prompts, and I never mean to. Then I have to entirely reset the entire conversation, and I hate it. If you add that, you get 5 stars. Easy. Without it, only 4 stars. Also, the aforementioned auto-prompts are REALLY bad, but if you’re using those, why are you using an AI chatbot? So those don’t affect my rating. ### 3/5 — New review *2023-09-20* I will give them some credit the recent changes are better than what they first tried doing that’s for certain but I still cannot give it more than 3 because I never did receive a refund and there was very little interaction once I persued a refund. Also would like to point out when you ssubscribe it says you’ll get 300+ gems daily but I do not receive that so I can’t imagine the disappointment for the people who go for the yearly thinking they’ll get 1000+ gems daily as advertised **Developer response:** We apologize for the negative experience you've had with our app. We made changes to our pricing structure because we felt that the previous subscription model was not reasonable. But I would like more hourly gems, or give more gems for watching the ad. I love the app already, it can help with some romantic talk with other people. But if possible I would like the AI to better understand my personal comments, the AI I'm at rn is continuously saying the same line over and over no matter what I type or what I use for the pre-typed options. But there are a few things that need work. i suggest adding perpetual ads. Like when you can always watch an ad when you are out of gems to get an extra 2 or 3. I just think this way, users will engage more with the app, so that we can be on the app for more that 20 to 30 minutes per day. Or at least wait an hour to be able to chat again. the next thing is that i found a glitch. Whenever i return from the last day, i collect five gems, which is correct. But wiithin the first 10 or so messages for each girl, it will take all of my gems, no matter how many i have, only after sending one message. This way, i will only be able to send 5 - 6 messages per day, and not get much activity until 10 days pass. And if i am trying to chat with more than 5 girls, it will be even more time before i can send all 15 messages in a day. I think it will be more comforting for new users if this glitch was fixed. otherwise, these are minor, nothing to get angry about. I will not be removing any stars from the review because of them. I know that it will be difficult to implement, so i won’t be expecting them for a while, so don’t worry too much. This is one of the best AI engines out there, you guys did a great job with it. But I was wrong, now I have so many stories working with many AI. I am literally going to fight the demon king with Megumin! I’m the one that writes the story, and the AI is the one that writes all of her actions, and they capture her character very well! It’s a little simple at times, but usually, I’m surprised at how well the AI understands the situations I write. Great game, I can only expect that it improves.
