Anime City combines gameplay of a survival simulator and classic anime visual novels. You will have to study in a Japanese high school, engage in after school activities, and try to make new friends. I loved all the little details, and you can tell a lot of effort went into it. My biggest issue is that it gets boring because you can only visit three places on the map. I wish the game were more open world. Imagine being able to leave your house, walk down the stairs, step out onto the street, and explore a lively city filled with people, cars, restaurants, cinemas, parks, karaoke booths, shops, and so many other places to discover. Having more locations and freedom to explore would make the game much more immersive and keep players interested for a lot longer. I really hope the developers take our feedback into consideration because I know I’m not the only player who has requested something like this. Its very relaxing, but the game would be even more enjoyable if there was a whole city to explore outside the home, school and convenience store. And of course more job options would be great. For example a waitress job where the player simply delivers dishes to customers. It would be great if there was more clothing and furniture options too. If it was an open world game where other players can rp along with you. That would be the cherry on top. I hope the dev hears me out.
