## What is Anime Fillers?

Anime Fillers tells you which episodes actually matter — before you waste an afternoon on filler.

Pick any show and instantly see which episodes are manga canon, anime canon, mixed, or pure filler — right in the episode list. Share the filler-skipped watch order as plain text, ready for Messages, Discord, or Reddit.

WHAT YOU GET
    • Episode-by-episode canon/filler breakdown for every show in the catalog
    • Share any show's filler-skipped episode ranges — "1–8, 10, 12–14" instead of a 900-episode wall of text
    • Search and browse the anime catalog
    • Free: save 3 favorites and keep your place in one show

ANIME FILLERS PRO
    • The full watch guide — manga-only and canon-only cuts, grouped by saga and arc, with the filler stripped out completely
    • Unlimited favorites — follow every show you're watching, not just three
    • Unlimited watch progress — keep your place across as many series as you want
    • iCloud sync — favorites and progress follow you to every device automatically

Choose monthly, yearly, or a one-time lifetime purchase — all three unlock the same Pro features.

### 5/5 — Best way to keep track!

*2026-09-07*

This app is the best way to keep track which anime I have on my list and where Im at. Also love that its easy find to look which ones are cannon, without having to do a google search and then scrolling down the page. I also I loose track in Crunchyroll, especially when we share an account, so its easier when I mark where Im at in this app.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.6 — 2026-10-14

- New Openings & Endings section on each show's detail screen. Open it to see every opening and ending by season, with the episodes each one plays on and a link to watch it, courtesy of AnimeThemes.
- Create your own custom lists again with Pro, now for characters as well as anime. Add a character from their card or full-screen portrait, then reorder, rename, recolor or remove them like any other list.
- Custom lists keep the order you arrange them in, and shared lists arrive in the same order the sender had. Use Reorder in a list's menu to rearrange it.
- Three new Pro themes: Midoriya, Bakugo and Todoroki.
- A new app icon, with matching dark and tinted versions.
- Home picks up catalog changes when you return to the app, instead of waiting until the next day.
- The full-screen portrait's close and add buttons now match the rest of the app.

### 1.5 — 2026-10-08

- New Appearance screen in Settings: choose System, Light or Dark mode, and pick a theme. Teal is free; Pro unlocks 13 anime themes — Frieren, Gojo, Cardcaptor Sakura, Madoka Magica, Spice and Wolf, Uchiha Madara, Death Note, Pokémon, One Piece, Akame ga Kill, Bleach, Blue Lock and Jujutsu Kaisen.
- Refreshed colors across the whole app, with dedicated high-contrast colors when Increase Contrast is on.
- Each show's detail screen now lists its characters, with a See all screen you can filter by role. Tap a character to view their portrait full screen.
- Home's sort chips (Recent, A–Z, Score, Episodes) are back, and Recent can now be sorted by anime or by episode.
- Shows without filler data now show a "No filler data" pill on their Home poster.
- Opening a show from Watching now scrolls straight to the episode you left off on.
- The Watch Guide's Canon Source options are now a list with a short explanation of each, so longer options are no longer cut off.
- Retrying a show in a list that failed to load now shows a spinner, and if it still can't be found you're offered the option to remove it.
- Fixed the Score number shrinking on the detail screen.
- Anime that are still airing no longer show an end year.

### 1.4.1 — 2026-09-17

- Diagnostic reports can now be sent straight to us from the Diagnostics screen — send a single report or all of them at once. Sent reports are removed from your device.
- The Filler data segment is back on My Feedback, so you can see the classifications you've proposed and their status.
- Episode classification colors are now consistent everywhere in the app, adapt to light and dark mode, and have better contrast.
- Home's title now reads "Home", and anime cards are all the same height, with the filler guide marker and episode count sharing one line.
- Fixed pull-to-refresh on Home leaving the list stuck in its pulled-down position until you touched the screen again.
- Fixed how the "Shows without filler data" setting is sent to the server, so it keeps working correctly going forward.

### 1.4 — 2026-09-15

- Search now has its own tab, and opening it puts the cursor straight in the search field.
- Added a text filter (with Canon/Filler/Mixed/Anime Canon chips) to narrow an episode list, and a name filter to search within any list on My Lists.
- Added a My Reports screen to see the feedback you've submitted and its status.
- Added the option to propose the correct classification for a miscategorized episode, right from the Report an Issue flow.
- My Lists now supports pull-to-refresh, and only offers to remove a favorite once the server confirms it's actually gone.
- Redesigned the Report an Issue composer and the My Feedback list to match the latest design.
- When a Pro subscription ends, Watching now shows only your most recently updated show. Your other shows are kept and come back if you subscribe again.
- Fixed search on iOS 27, where cancelling a search left the Home screen covered.
- Fixed the Report an Issue composer's fields blending into the page background.
- Fixed the keyboard reappearing after a failed feedback submission.
- Small fixes: list summaries no longer truncate to one line, and feedback types now show their color dot.

### 1.3.1 — 2026-09-08

Bug fixes and improvements to the overall stability of the app.
