Response from developer

Anime Reference is an app to only track your anime watch and manga read progress. You can not watch or read anime and manga through the app because that content is fully copyrighted and is not ours to use. To rate anime and manga you can subscribe with a one time purchase of $2.99 to unlock that feature as well as other features and future features.
