This is a huge problem for me. I won’t be paying for this again unless an update is made for iPhone use. ### 3/5 — Computer vs Phone *2026-04-19, version 2.2.7* I have a pro account and I started the project on my computer but when I went to look at it on the app on my phone the project I’m working on suddenly didn’t exist. I understand the fee version is limited, however the app says you are able to share via social media and I can’t. ### 1/5 — $16 a month for an app that doesn’t work *2025-02-08, version 2.2.7* I got this app to help me create recap videos, but it doesn’t even do the bare minimum. Firstly, the app only works if your iOS is up to date. Which is annoying, but as of recently, it's blocking me from using templates because it is saying that it needs to update when my iOS is already up to date. Secondly, when you do create your videos and you save it, IT DOESN’T SAVE IT. All your work that you put into it ends up reverting to the template that you started off with. Thirdly, even if you pay the $16 a month, you only get around ~20 songs that you can use in your videos. If you want to use the whole library of songs, you’d have to shill out $30 a month. On top of that, the songs aren’t even popular songs, they are irrelevant background music. So if you were trying to choose a song thats trendy and popular to boost your views, you wont find any here. Fourthly, this app has NO transitions that you can do when moving from one video/picture to another in your editing. Fifthly, this app has not been updated for 3 years now. In conclusion, this app: is buggy, barely works, doesn't do the bare minimum of what an editing app should do, overpriced, does NOT save your videos/progress, and this app has not been updated in 3 years. DON'T BUY! ### 3/5 — Update required *2024-12-27, version 2.2.7* It’s saying i need to do an update, which I just downloaded today to get A.I videos made. ### 1/5 — Disappointed with the service. *2024-11-23, version 2.2.7* I subscribed one month service to edit my friend’s wedding video. I only used it one time and I am supposed to cancel it but I was 1 day late to turn off the auto renewal. Wrote an email to their CS but they told me there’s no refund and they said they would give me a credit code to redeem next month access which I don’t need at all. So basically you get like a couple of fonts and some color options. Everything you have to get the pro pack. I would pay for that price if it included a free monkey to come to my house, sit down and edit and style all my videos for me. Otherwise this is a below basic app. It has some templates. But you have to use their pics and backgrounds. It is not for anyone who wants to do a basic video or just starting out. This is for true photo tech geeks. And for $80 a month, I can hire a creator tech online to do all this for me with the options of using my own designs and backgrounds. Hopefully others have a much better experience than me. ### 3/5 — Crashing *2024-08-31, version 2.2.7* Every time I make progress, the app just crashes and it doesn’t even save my work and then I have to start all over. The provided help doesn’t work. The link on their page leads to a “page not found”.
