I was expecting everything from this website are genuine and from Japan, as website shows this is a store from Japan.  However I was super disappointed that the manga and some product I received are in Chinese instead of Japanese.  This raised my concern whether the items sold here are genuine.  The package was also shipped from China.

주문한 상품 중 일부가 누락되어 도착했습니다. 판매처에서도 누락 사실은 인정했지만 이미 종료된 건이라는 이유로 환불이나 보상을 받지 못했습니다. 랜덤상품이라는 이유만으로 누락된 물건을 환불해주지 않고 2천원 쿠폰으로 해결할려는 대응에 매우 실망하였습니다. 여러 광고와 후기들로 믿고 구매하였는데 너무 실망이네요

発送保証5~10？舐めてんのか7日以上発送されないし、中国から日本に来るの3日で届くわけがない。虚言やめた方がいいしメール送っても対応がこない。最悪なアプリです。桜ばっかりだしもう使いたくありません。在庫がないなら返金して欲しいし、最悪発送されなければ、ずっと梱包中だったら、消費者金融に連絡しようと思います

明らかにパーツ欠品なのにいくら問い合わせしても返事なし。あと顔汚れも若干あった。一週間来ないから何度も問い合わせしてもスルー。確かに他の業者より安いしアプリ内交換もできて便利だけど、商品の開封とか扱い方が雑なんだと思う。それかあまり清潔な場所であけていないか。結構力入れないと普通はあんな壊れ方しないよ普通。
開封時絶対動画撮らないと泣きを見るし、撮ってでも返事が来なきゃ意味ない。

基本的にはとても素敵なアプリなのですが、去年の10月28日に出荷予定になっているのに、未だ発送可能にならないものがあって、どこに問い合せていいものかも分からず困っています。2週間から4週間はとうに過ぎていて、発送出来ないなら返金とかして欲しいレベルで遅すぎます。

発送申請すると約10日以内に発送されると書いてあるが、既に2ヶ月待たされています。

何度かメールで問い合わせても返信が5営業日経っても返信されず、今どのような状況が分かりません。今発送出来ないなら出来ないというメール回答が欲しいです。他の人はちゃんと届いてるので詐欺だとは思いませんが、対応が雑で不安しかないです。

過去グッズが多くてラインナップは良いですが、このような対応されると今後使うのに迷います…あと正直レートが高いキャラの獲得率が低い気がします。
