HOW IT WORKS
1. Tell Aniva what's going on. Describe the problem, add a photo, and our assistant asks the
   right follow-up questions (same ones a real technician would ask).
2. Get a clear estimate. A real person reviews your request and sends you a price before any
   work is scheduled. No surprise charges when the technician shows up.
3. Approve and get matched. Once you approve the estimate, a licensed local contractor takes
   the job and assigns a technician.
4. Track everything. See job status in real time - scheduled, technician on the way, in
   progress, done. Message your technician or our team directly in the app.
5. Approve the finished work. Review photos of the completed job, leave feedback, and pay
   securely in the app.
