I’m relatively tech savvy, I’m in my 20’s (not old and confused). I’ve had an account for years and thought it must have been a temporary outage, but still can’t use it after a week. Seems like a major issue that should be prioritized since users are blocked, but there have been other issues too that are never fixed like Disney+ never works. **Developer response:** We sincerely apologize for the frustration! Ever since the app updated, I can no longer use it - it will only let me access it by logging in or creating an account. When I attempt to create an account, I get an error message. In the past we have had tons of bugs and problems with navigating Netflix through this app. For example: if you want to rewind and you click the 10 second rewind multiple times in a row, it takes you back to the Netflix Home Screen. We will no longer be using this app and now I guess we need a firestick or Roku to access Netflix! **Developer response:** We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of forced login. This app gives you a really intuitive way to interact with the device. Lost my remote and have been able to keep using my projector with few issues.
