## What is Ankor?

Ankor helps you detect your movement outside your safe area, leveraging the latest location API, so you can relax and enjoy the day.

Staying with a boat in some specified area can be tricky. Use Ankor as an anchor watch when you need your boat to move only in the specified safe area. If the movement outside this safe area is detected, Ankor will warn you.

Have you ever been told that in some city or place is safe to walk only in the specified area? Use Ankor as a GPS alarm to be warned, when you are leaving this safe area.

You can easily do with Ankor:
- set the radius of the safe area
- set manually the safe area location tapping on the map
- see your recent movement
- see your actual latitude and longitude
- center the safe area to the current location
- specify, if you want to be notified only once, or till you dismiss the alarm
- set up a location accuracy to save the battery life
- use your iPhone and still be warned, thanks to Ankor watching in the background

Absolutely no use as an anchor alarm.

Will they pay for the damage to my boat when it drags anchor? I doubt it.

Could you sleep well knowing your anchor alarm is useless?

We tried the app while the boat was moving and all seemed okay.  We set the anchor, set our position with the app, and went to sleep.  The anchor was lifted by heavy overnight winds, and we drifted about 25 yards.  The app only alarmed when I logged back into my phone to see if I'd set something incorrectly.  Not helpful at all.

Bought this as Drag Queen not comparinle with IOS 11. Decided to test before sailing in my back garden (thankfully). Sat in a deck chair, this app had me wandering around the neighbourhood, plus or minus 40-50 m, during ten minutes of sitting sipping a beer. Terrible, terrible, terrible. If I had been skeeping on anchor, the alarm would have woken me, I would have shat myself, and all for no reason. 
Will delete once this is uploaded. Disgraceful and dangerous.

Each time I woke the phone up to check the app it thought I'd move 150 meters and sounded the alarm. I was attached to a mooring buoy and hadn't moved anywhere.
