## What is Anky?

Anky is a simple app for writing.

Open it and start writing. The default target time is eight minutes. If you stop for eight seconds, the session ends. There is no backspace.

These are all defaults you can change.

When you're done, your writing is saved to your archive.

You can also get a private reflection on what you wrote, or record yourself reading your words aloud.

No feed. No followers. No pressure to publish.

Just write.
