It tells you that you can buy ticket without registration, but then asks for a password. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother *2025-08-07, version 1.0.7* Tourists can’t register without a tax code. Can’t buy tickets without a registration. Don’t bother. ### 1/5 — Una porcheria di App *2024-12-03* L’app non consente di acquistare biglietto mediante Apple Pay o Google Pay, ma si devono ogni volta inserire i dati della carta e non si salvano. Veramente pessima, ma non mi sorprende: ANM è da sempre leader in sciatteria e inefficienza, e questa app è la perfetta estensione della sua politica aziendale. Meglio l’app unicocampania. ### 1/5 — Da migliorare (di molto!) *2024-11-17* Assurdo che manchi la possibilità di pagare in modo veloce con Apple Pay o memorizzare i dati della carta di debito (ogni volta che devo acquistare un biglietto devo scrivere di nuovo tutti i dati della carta!) Mi passa la voglia di usare l’applicazione ### 1/5 — Fa pena *2024-10-07* per quanto abbia una schermata più recente rispetto a gira napoli, l'app funziona decisamente peggio. Gira napoli riusciva ad aggiornare e caricare senza problemi gli spostamenti dei pullman, quest'app non ci riesce, c'è bisogno di ricaricare ogni volta con delle attese veramente troppo lunghe (spesso si blocca e devi chiudere e riaprirla). Su gira napoli potevi vedere le fermate di tutta la città, su questapp puoi solamente nella zona in cui ti trovi con la geolocalizzazione. Il problema principale è come è stata pensata, veramente male e senza imparare niente da gira napoli. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work properly *2024-10-07* The app has all the features which are important but it doesn’t doesn’t work. Però reputo assurdo che ad oggi continui a mancare il supporto ad Apple Pay, PayPal e simili sistemi di pagamento. Oltretutto non è nemmeno possibile memorizzare le informazioni della carta, unico sistema attualmente accettato, perciò andranno reinserite ad ogni acquisto.
