Would be great to see full route maps. I am new to the area and don’t know what stops I should be looking at so this app is plain useless. ### 3/5 — The Ride rating *2019-11-09, version 1.0.3* There is no Bus number 5 bus service. Overall, I think it is unintuitive and clumsy. For instance, the number of abbreviations makes it confusing and overwhelming (CTCC? UMH??). And how is there not geolocation? You have to manually input the nearest bus stop, but if you don’t know where you are or what the bus’s route is, then good luck because viewing route maps isn’t even an option. I’d like it if this could identify nearby stops based on my location, show me what buses service that stop and when they’ll be arriving, and then SHOW ME A MAP! This would be infinitely better if I could select a stop on a map versus from a drop-down menu (like it does now). Also, GPS locators on the buses? That would be helpful, too. Then I could view a bus’s position on the map... hopefully they’ll improve this app with some of the new funding they just got. ### 3/5 — Need this app, bit it needs improvement. *2018-08-15, version 1.0.3* Bus time was inaccurate so I missed my bus. I was a few mins early to bus stop. When I got to stop I checked app & I had missed it. You can barely use it because of the ads. No geolocation, no trip planning, no maps. It’s called a Bus Tracker but it barely does that. I can’t believe anyone would put this out. Plus, the UI needs a ton of work ### 1/5 — Spoof App - Credit Card SCAM *2024-01-10, version 2.1* I did not use my usual skepticism when downloading this app, and was under the impression that this app allowed me to load Fare $$ and scan it to buy passage on AA municipal busses. NOPE. It asked for my CC info, then, without my consent, started charging me $49.45 recurring monthly. When I called their number (provided by my bank’s Fraud Department), they had the STONES to try to upsell me a “higher tier” of service!!! ### 1/5 — Scam alert *2023-11-22, version 2.1* The app links out to a website that will try and scam your credit card.
