But income money fee 0.95% 🫨 so if i receive £40k a month they charge me £380 ! If income money per month are £100k so they charge me £950 its a lot of money. I do not recommend this free pay as you go business account and i go cancel and uninstall it. Plus another thing is, they checking every new registered business and without Company House permission using your! details and keep sending you advertisements with offers to open business account. My business funds were placed on hold for an extended period, despite providing all requested documentation promptly and fully complying with every requirement. There appears to be a serious issue with how compliance checks are handled. While I understand that security and regulatory procedures are important, the lack of transparency, unclear timelines, and repeated delays are unacceptable — especially when these are legitimate business funds. Holding business money without proper communication creates significant financial stress. It affects supplier payments, operational costs, and overall cash flow. For small businesses, access to working capital is critical, and unnecessary delays can cause real damage. Even after requesting the funds to be returned to the sender, the process was not handled efficiently. There was no clear explanation of what additional checks were being carried out or why the delay continued. Professionalism means clear communication, defined timelines, and fair treatment of customers. Unfortunately, this experience has been the opposite. I strongly urge Anna Money to improve their compliance handling process, response time, and customer support communication. Business owners rely on banking partners for stability — not uncertainty.
