Something a bit different but an interesting part of this wonderful app is that I can log my dreams and get better visualisation and manifestation. It’s about helping me aspire to be a better person. Understanding what have I done. Each day that ticks by and I can easily capture what is happening mental health wise by looking back and seeing where I am coming from.
