### 5/5 — Best workout tracker!

*2026-10-05*

This is easily the best workout tracker I’ve ever used! It’s been amazing to have a tracker that’s actually providing helpful feedback about my weight progression so that I don’t have to worry about overdoing it. I’ve been through the suggested deload twice now, and I’ve always felt stronger and more capable when I finish. Seriously helpful to have something smart keeping track of my workouts so that I don’t have another thing I have to worry about. Since starting with Anneal, I’ve increased my workload and been progressing steadily towards my goals. I’m also training for a 10k race, and it’s been helping me keep track of my pacing goals and the weights for cross-training. Super helpful app, highly recommend!!

### 5/5 — Awesome workout app!

Sleek UI, and the data really helps dial in the gains.
