I’m one week in and really enjoying the workouts. I’ve been weight training for about 8/9 months but this is the first time I really feel like I’m working hard. I’m excited to see and feel the changes ahead.
Only issue is not all notes seem to be pulled through to the next session. For some I’ve had to go back to the previous week and read my notes there to check the weight I used. 
Other than that, it’s great.
