Had this App for my home CCTV. Worked fine. Then the app got updated - and now when I open the app, I get the home/welcome screen for approx 2 seconds and it kicks me out. 
I’ve tried rebooting the phone (iPhone running IOS16.3), tried deleting and reinstalling. Nothing works. Can’t even open the app anymore. 
Annke - what’s happened????

Mine worked great for until I update iOS. Now it won’t run. The alternative it to download Al view or ZK smart apps they both run using the same username and password and run on the updated IOS.

This ap was initially ok except that it was difficult to get working in the first instance and it would not work on a Windows laptop. Support is at best a very frustrating experience and to call it support is quite frankly a joke. 

Now it won’t work at all on my iPhone 8 since the last iOS update and even though all the other ap manufacturers are updating their aps this bunch of idiots can’t be bothered. 

So I have spent a not insignificant amount of money on a cctv security system which I might as well throw in the bin less than 18 months after buying it!

NOT IMPRESSED.

Das Kamerasystem funktioniert zwar, wenngleich auch sporadisch aber die APP kommt aus der Abteilung Chinaramsch. Enttäuschend, dass seit dem letzten Update von iOS nichts mehr geht! Der Support hat auf Anfrage schon mehrfach Updates für ihre Systeme angekündigt aber passiert ist bisher gar nichts!

Das Programm funktionierte soweit ganz gut, aber sobald man mal das Speichermanagement aufruft (ich nehme an, dass ich da Aufnahmen vom Vortag abspielen kann), dann stürzt die App regelmäßig ab!

Update: Seit meinem neuen iPhone XR stürzt die App direkt nach dem Starten ab! Somit absolut wertloser Schrott!

Está App no funciona con iPhoneX. Es la App que me indica el kit de cámaras inalámbricas para ver las cámaras desde fuera de casa. He probado todas las App disponibles de Annke y ninguna funciona con el DVR de Annke. No recomiendo ni la App no el sistema de cámaras.
