It doesn't work with the camera or allow wifi to connect. ### 2/5 — Unreliable *2023-04-11, version 2.1.2* Sometimes I can see video, sometimes I cannot. Increasingly unreliable. ### 1/5 — Can’t see login details *2021-01-31, version 2.1.2* Lots of white text on white background making the app unusable. Camera man work great and you can see memory card storage from the app!! Our internet is dsl so it is spotty and freezes when trying to view it, but I think that is my internet not the app. The issue I do have with the app, is that when viewing in full screen, if you leave it open for several min, it freezes my ENTIRE PHONE and the picture freezes in the app! It will not reset. It will do nothing. After finally trying to reset it many times, I let it sit for several min and will finally go back to home screen. Going to have to buy a different product as I have poorly twin babies which need checking on often, this allows us to listen if they are wheezing etc. No use if it don’t connect !! STILL SAME ISSUES ! ### 1/5 — Keeps crashing *2019-09-23, version 2.1.0* Please update, keeps crashing when trying to add Wifi connection, it just closes the app! ### 1/5 — Does not work on iPhone-useless *2019-06-02, version 2.1.0* This app does not send notifications to iPhone. This should be stated on their website to make customers aware BEFORE purchasing the camera. Very disappointing ### 1/5 — Was good but now useless *2019-05-10, version 2.1.0* When we first got our Annke camera it was great and always sent us alerts when detecting movement. Now it does nothing when movement is detected, so it is as good as useless to us. We have tried contacting Annke customer support on several occasions but they do not reply to messages asking about the issue. Looking at other reviews it seems to be a common problem and promises are made by Annke talking of server updates and software updates, none of which seem to have happened. I would not recommend this brand and will now have to look elsewhere for our security camera requirements in our house. ### 1/5 — Notifications don’t work *2019-05-04* This company has terrible customer service and do not respond to emails. The alert notifications do not work ever! Have all the settings enabled but still nothing. Contacted customer service numerous times but they are not willing to communicate.
