Privatsphärenbereich ist sehr ungenügend, da der Balken nicht überall hingeschoben werden kann und zudem in der Größe nicht komplett variabel ist. Linker Rand der Kamera lässt sich bspw garnicht überdecken, was im Zweifel miserabel ist. Bei zu kleinem Monitor (<=10“ iPad) lässt sich nur der erste Privatsphärenbereich bearbeiten, die anderen sind nicht erreichbar (man kann nicht scrollen) - was soll sowas!? Das Drehen der Anzeige von Horizonatl/Vertikal Ansicht ist ebenfalls schlecht gelöst, denn es dreht nicht automatisch mit dem Drehen des Tablets. Wenn ich es quer halte, dann erwarte ich auch die Anzeige in quer und nicht erst nach nochmal einen Button drücken in der App. 
Des Weiteren funktioniert anscheinend die Benachrichtigung bei Events (Erkennung) bei geteilten Konten nicht richtig. Jedenfalls werden nur beim Hauptkonto Benachrichtigungen bei Erkennungen angezeigt. Bei Dritten funktioniert zwar die Steuerung und das manuelle Aufrufen von „Veranstaltungen“, aber die App benachrichtigt nicht. Und meiner Meinung nach zu viel Cloud-Werbung (Ich habe bereits für die Kamera bezahlt - Danke!) und die Übersetzung ins Deutsche ist hier und da auch verbesserungsbedürftig. Ansonsten läuft die App zumindest so stabil; daher zwei Punkte!

Je suis vraiment déçu car depuis deux semaines j’ai plus de notification sur mon téléphone (iPhone). Surtout que je viens de l’installer sur un androïd et là bizarrement les notifications sont bien présentes, l’application doit bloquer les notifications délibérément car je n’ai même plus accès au contenu Cloud alors que sur androïd ça fonctionne, bloqué vous les utilisateurs après un certain temps je pense que oui 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Die App ist sehr unausgereift. Die deutsche Übersetzung ist katastrophal und erlaubt keine intuitive Nutzung. Die App blendet ununterbrochen und nicht abstellbar Werbung und Hinweise ein, ein Cloud Abo abzuschließen - selbst wenn die Kamera mit SD Karte betrieben werden soll. Das Löschen von Bildern auf SD Karte aufgezeichnet ist in der App nicht möglich, nicht vorgesehen. Ich betreibe einige 3MP Modelle, wo die VicoHome App verwendet werden kann, die bedeutend besser ist. Da VicoHome mit der neuen 4MP nicht verwendet werden kann, die Mängel dieser App aber eine sinnvolle Benutzung nicht erlauben, ist Annke keine Alternative mehr.

Seit dem letzten Update wird der Stream immer nach 10 min beendet mit der Meldung es sei aus Sicherheit notwendig. Es wäre echt toll wenn man diese Funktion wenigstens in den Einstellungen abschalten könnte, da das Produkt für mich leider nicht mehr so nutzbar ist wie ich es benötige.

I have not been able to access my cameras remotely via 5G nor 4G since the latest update.  It seems there’s a connectivity issue with newer iPhone models and Annke IT team is unable to fix it.

Ich war zu Beginn mit der App eigentlich zufrieden – bis zu dem Tag, an dem das neue Cloud-Update angeboten wurde.
Ich hätte das kostenpflichtige Upgrade gerne durchgeführt, aber leider lässt es sich nicht installieren.
Egal auf welchem Weg ich es versuche: Es erscheint immer die Fehlermeldung „Systemwartung läuft“.
Auch nachdem der Download-Button aktualisiert wurde, bleibt der Fehler bestehen.
Es ist auch nicht mehr möglich auf die Chipkarte zu zugreifen, entweder lädt es ewig, oder das Bild bleibt einfach beim Abspielen stehen. So ist die App nach meinem Empfinden absoluter Schrott.

Not very good if you have an iPhone etc, you can’t have notifications use the cloud, constantly saying system maintenance! When I have contacted Annke direct, they have said it’s all to do with phone app up dates & support from ! Useless when you can’t use the system properly!
