## What is Anonymize Faces?

Most face-blur apps only blur. Anonymize Faces can do that too — but it can also generate a realistic new face with on-device AI, so a photo doesn't have to look "censored" to protect the people in it.

Pick photos or video, review the faces it finds, and choose how to anonymize each one. Everything runs on your device — nothing is ever uploaded anywhere, and your original photos are never changed. Anonymized copies save to their own separate album.

WHY IT'S DIFFERENT
Blur-only tools leave an obvious black box or mosaic behind. Realistic Face (Pro) uses on-device AI to generate a natural-looking replacement face instead — so the photo still reads as a real photo, not a redaction.
