Service was very slow, not attentive, and they charged a convenience fee for using a debit card (no other place I’ve been to has ever done that). Very disappointed. In spite of them being short-staffed, the hostess/server/PR person, Linda, and others went out of their way to make sure we had a good experience, had food we were happy with, and offered us refills without any pressure. They are a delightful group of employees who helped each other, who made sure their customers were happy, and just an overall enjoyable experience for us. Again, our hats go out to the special lady, Linda, who served as greeter/hostess, order taker and server all in one with the most beautiful smile and helpful attitude anyone could ask for. Definitely one of our favorite places for all the right reasons, AND we were treated like family, even though we are not.
