Most days I end up reading beyond my page minimum and spend only a few minutes on my restricted apps. My one suggestion for improvement is changing the settings so that reading unlocks all restricted apps instead of just one. Sometimes I want to just spend a couple minutes checking each social media platform rather than sitting on one for the full 30 minutes, and it would be nice to not have to use more unlocks to do that. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback! Social media, on the other hand, isn’t really my thing, but when there’s 'nothing to do' and I have a few minutes to kill, it’s ridiculously easy to instinctively open one of those pesky apps. Which is exactly why this app is perfect for me! I actually discovered Another Page through a Reddit forum that popped up when I was searching for classical libraries and then promptly eagerly waited for the iOS release. One of the things I appreciate most is the commitment to privacy. It feels like so many apps collect an unnecessary amount of data nowadays, so finding one that doesn’t collect your data and doesn’t even require an email address to use is genuinely refreshing. I’ve always found mandatory sign-ups to be such an unnecessary barrier, and they often discourage me from trying an app altogether. AND THEN NO ADS?! Absolute heaven. My only critiques are that I wish we could block more than three apps. I have more than three that I could probably stand to use a little less, so having to choose between my “lesser evils” can be difficult. I’ve also noticed that the unblock timer seems to drain my battery a little, although I’m not sure whether that’s something within your control or simply an iOS limitation. Japanese books gain a writing direction control for vertical or horizontal text, and furigana no longer ends up in your highlights or copied text. The Aa menu names Japanese, Chinese, and Korean typefaces the way you expect, and Chinese and Korean books can download a real serif. A Japanese dictionary is available to download, and Define on a Japanese, Chinese, or Korean book opens Apple's dictionaries.
