## What is Another Stupid Monday?

Another Stupid Monday gives you one small thing to do each week, starting every Monday. It's based on simple psychological ideas that can help people feel a little better over time: doing small helpful actions, noticing good things, reaching out to others, or gently facing things you've been avoiding.

How it works:
• Every Monday, receive a task.
• Complete it to move on.
• If you don't finish, the task stays with you.

There are 100 tasks in total, designed as a slow journey that unfolds over time. But the point isn't to finish quickly. Just focus on the current week and let the rest take care of itself.

The tasks, their order, and the small dialogues around them are crafted by a real psychotherapist.
