Took forever to connect to the device. Second try…no second try. It will not let me sign in, I know the password and email because I wrote it down and stored it with the device. I try to reset my password and it never sends the password reset. So now I have an overpriced soups vide with WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity that will not even allow me to login to use it. Lots of the reviews sound the same. Why has Anova not fixed this???? ### 1/5 — Will not recognize user ID *2022-12-28* Set up the Sous Vide Pro and can connect between the mechanism and my Wi-fi. Ok fine so I selected “forgot password” option. App failed to send reset password to my email of record. Oh well, don’t need the app but thought it would be convenient. The sous vide works perfectly without the Anova app. Do not recommend this app. Their recipe and cooking guide app works fine btw. ### 1/5 — Useless App *2023-06-20* I set up my user name and password on the website. This app will not take one or the other or possibly both. 🤷🏼‍♂️ Seems as though there are a whole lot of other folks with the same issue. I get the current percentages, historical usage and can set notifications based on tank percentage.
