Over and over again. Thus is getting to be useless!!! The update is horrible!! Stop filling my screen with cloud advertising!!! This is BS!! I don’t need, or want a cart!! I didn’t add anything to it but it’s constantly in my face..👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 ### 4/5 — Connection *2026-08-28, version 6.2.0* It turns off constantly ### 2/5 — Decent system *2026-08-04* We have phenomenal fiber internet at our house so the only down side to this camera system is that it constantly has to reload 3 times at very slow speeds and can take anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes for the video to load before you can see who is at your door or stopped by while you were away or at work. The picture clarity is amazing and no issues with the live camera showing up right away. And the wires rip easily ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-07-24* Genuinely the worst camera I’ve ever used, had a mid sized lorry deliver at my property but had no notification, missed deliveries because I had no motion notification pop up so couldn’t tell the driver where to leave the parcel, can’t speak through it clearly, the cameras are located on the outside wall of where the internet is situated yet never goes above 60% signal strength although my internet provides speeds of over 400mb! They are both solar powered but one of the cameras doesn’t charge its self so continuously having to take it down to charge! I had two cameras go bad in 6 months and I bought Ai, can’t even tell I have it. And the one camera would say person walking had the AI on it. Never have problems with this unless I created them. I think the settings menu layout and organization is kind of wonky, but not nearly enough to remove a star. Two suggestions: 1) Please stop making it so a user has to turn the camera on in order to turn it off. This makes absolutely no sense. Ayant 2 caméras ANRAN, j’utilise l’application et je peux voir ,l’une ou l’autre de mes caméras, en direct ainsi que les notifications ! A noter , je tourne avec des cartes mémoires de 256 Go ! Donc … il y a de la marge avant de les formater ! J’ai pu régler le temps d’enregistrement à 20 secondes pour une alerte !
