## What is ANS GLASS?

Using ANS GLASS, our real-time customer experience portal, you’ll have access to everything you need to know about your ANS service. By surfacing information from industry leading tools into a centralised portal, GLASS will reassure you your environment is operating as efficiently as possible.

As an ANS customer, you’ll be able to:

•	Receive notifications about important matters affecting your services
•	Log & monitor progress of existing incidents / requests for your service
•	Log & monitor progress of Change requests
•	Monitor month to date spend in real time, billing history and cost savings. 
•	View stats, reports & analytics on all of the above

More advanced features, including usage stats, credit reviews and project timelines, are on the way, so make sure to keep your app up to date!
